Ieri notte si è svolta al Microsoft Theater di Los Angeles la cerimonia per l’assegnazione degli Emmy 2022, i premi della televisione americana. Succession e Ted Lasso hanno trionfato nelle categorie più ambite: miglior serie drammatica e miglior serie comedy. Zendaya ha conquistato per il secondo anno consecutivo il premio come Miglior Attrice Protagonista in una serie drammatica (Euphoria), e la star di Squid Game, Lee Jung-jae, è diventato il primo attore asiatico ad essere stato premiato con un Emmy come migliore attore in una serie drammatica. Premiati anche Jean Smart per Hacks e Jason Sudeikis per Ted Lasso. Tra i vincitori degli Emmy ci sono anche Amanda Seyfried che ha vinto il premio come miglior attrice nella miniserie The Dropout, e Michael Keaton come miglior attore per Dopesick.
Nell’ambito dell’animazione vincono meritatamente Cip & Ciop agenti speciali, la serie Arcane e i corti di Love, Death & Robots.
